Where is the database that accumulates the data that is created when we use MyTime?
Can the record that are in this database be deleted without deleting the codes that have been defined?

I have noticed that unused codes can be deleted from the codes lists. When a code has data registered against it, deleting the code is not permitted.
What files should be deleted to reset the system and start all over agin on a clean sheet such that the codes can be entered correctly?

I have noted that it is possible to export codes that have been created in the code lists but:
- Is it possible to import a list of codes?
- Is it possible to paste a WHOLE list of codes into the code table?

I would like to know if the three codes that can be created in MyTime, namely the Client, the Project and the Task codes can be combined in different combinations or if they can only be use in one combination.
For example:
Client 1; Client2; Client3
Project1; Project 2; Project 3
Task 1; Task 2;Task 3.

Can these be combined as :
Client 1; Project 1; Task1
and then
Client 2; Project 1; Task1
and then
Client 1; Project 2; Task1 ?

Or are there limitations on the combinations?
